Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Liveagram during its free beta. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
The beta
Liveagram is free during the beta, within limits: currently 3 hours of listening per account per month, plus a limit on total use across everyone each day. We can change these limits. Things may change, break or go away, and we can't promise it will always be available. If we start charging, we'll tell you first, and nothing you've made will be held back from you.
Your account
You need to be 18 or over. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your email or Google account safe. Anyone who has a board's link can see and edit that board, including its transcript, so you're responsible for who you share it with.
Listening to meetings
Before you turn on listening, you must tell everyone in the conversation and get their consent where the law requires it. Laws on recording and transcribing conversations differ between places, and in some, everyone has to agree. This is your responsibility, not ours. Please don't use Liveagram to listen to anyone without their knowledge.
Using it fairly
Please don't use Liveagram to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload anything harmful, to try to get around its limits or security, to overload it, or to resell it. We can suspend or close accounts that do, and we'll try to tell you first when it's reasonable to.
What's yours
Your boards and transcripts are yours. You let us store and process them only to run Liveagram for you, including sending them to the providers listed on our privacy page. Liveagram itself, including its software and name, is ours.
AI makes mistakes
Diagrams, plans, summaries and procedures are written by AI from speech-to-text, and both can get things wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially dates, names and anything to do with money, safety, law or compliance.
No warranty
Liveagram is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose: exports are there for that reason.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability to you for anything to do with Liveagram is limited to $100.
Ending things
You can stop whenever you like and delete your account from your account page. If we ever shut Liveagram down, we'll give you notice and time to take your data with you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Liveagram after that, the new terms apply.
